Hi

Can't get past opening display "Number plate" with 1nsane on it,  just stays
there. have to Ctrl Alt DEL  and end task(says: not responding)

Any help?

Hi Hugh :)

you need to have at your graph card :
- z buffer selected "on"
- tab fog option "on"

with the game already running press ctrl + f to turn fog off,

I had this problem and it turned out to be the copy protection :(
I know because the game runs ok if I do a full install and then apply a nocd
patch.
So you might try that too. You'll need 500MB or so for the full install.

I had the same problem too.  Get the no cd patch from
http://www.gamecopyworld.com/ do a full install, then apply the patch.

I haven't had a problem since.
