My OE shows 4 digits just fine. As an example, here is the date and time you
posted your message (cut and pasted from your header). Saturday, January 01,
2000 1:16 PM".

I would bet all you have to do is change your system Short Date format in
Control Panel ->Regional Settings ->Date to MM/dd/yyyy

You all must of changed the "short date" in the regional settings because I
never changed anything and the default for my short date was mm/d/yy and my
long date is mm/dd/yyyy

Hi!!

       Hey thanks for this info. I was wondering about this myself. I
changed it, and to reconfirm what Dan B. said, it changed from 00 to 2000.
