Once again, we have reached that time of year where the lame-asses think its
funny to post stupid April Fool's posts.  Some of them will be obvious posts
like "Grand Prix Legends 2 is coming!" to other less-obvious posts...

Just beware, its that time of year again where we all roll our eyes in
disgust while the keyboard jockies think up some lame stories for us again.

I do not know which is worse.. the fact that they post them or the fact that
they think they will actually get people to fall for them

But I read it on the internet, so it must be true. :)

I have a terrible memory. In fact my memory's so bad I can't remember how
long it's been since I've forgotten anything.

That "tradition" is nonexistant in this part of the world. The closest is
December 28th, Innocent's Day. And you only do it to family or friends,
not in some public place.

Interesting, my Brother-In-Law who is from Spain also mentioned this when
the topic of April Fool's came up.  I never knew about it.

mSA (a swiss motorsport paper) had an article about a Villeneuve F1
comeback with an Arabian team in 2005... that was an easy one ;-)

I don't see why you have to be insulting about it.  Hey, it breaks up the
monotony - no harm done.

"Innocent's Day"?  Never heard of it.  Interesting to hear about traditions
from other parts of the world..

I was actually referring to the time-honored RAS tradition, which knows no
national boundaries.  Hang around here long enough and you'll come to
appreciate the likes of April Fools' Day.  Embrace the oddities of all
nations, that's my motto...  ;-)  Heck, I'd never heard of Boxing Day until
seeing it here on RAS.  So what's with Innocent's Day anyway; same as April
Fools', more or less?

Yes, more or less... though originally it commemorated the massacre of innocent
children by Herod, nowadays it's usual to play pranks (called "inocentadas") on
unsuspecting people.
