Is there anyone who knows why the downloads for F1c from HD JP track
update graphics (http://www.racesimcentral.net/) are so
slow. 1.5 kb/sec. I would like to download all the files but with this
speed it will take months. Normal speed is 200 kb/sec on my connection.

It's comming from the M4 Driving server which is in Italy. EXTREEEEEMELY
slow over here to the USA at many parts of the day. I have found some
times tho, when the dloads run better. I'd just keep trying at different
times.
THe worst site to the Pacific NW is Hungarian SimWorld. Their dload speeds
are almost nonfunctional. I have seen plenty of Euro types get very good
performance from M4 so It may be some ***point crossing the Atlantic.
