I've got a T2 combo, myself.  Had it for about a year now, and it still is
as good
as new.  Of course, I don't abuse it, so that has helped.

Leaps and bounds better than a simple stick, but I've heard that the TSW
wheel
is also quite good.

If you're prepared to do maintenance on it, the T2 seems to be OK.

I've had a TSW for 6 months or so, and it is awesome. It's built like a
tank, welded steel frame with hardstops on all the pot limits. The finish
work is a little crude when compared to something like the T2 or the ECCI,
so if you're looking for flash, look elsewhere.

I have the one with the shift buttons on the wheel. I have heard that the
new F1-style wheels are even better, and am anxiously awaiting for Trevor
to finish one for me, so I can trade up. If you want to read me about the

Of course, if you're really serious, you should go for the new ECCI at
US$1200. ;)
