GP3......HA! yeah right!

HAHAHAHA, GP3....yeah right.
I took them 4 years to come out with GP2 and they still used the GP1
graphics engine.
Microprose / Spectrum Holobyte did a great job with AI, but sucked in almost
everything else, mainly, customer service. We begged for a patch and they
just ignored us and told us to***off.
GP2 had potential to be such a great game for decades, and was a great game
for a long time, but now....it is fading away, collecting dust, right along
with Bill Elliots Nascar and Indy 500. Now if they only would have finished
the game before releasing by Xmas time to get a quick buck. Seems they didnt
care about what we wanted back them and still dont now. Look at Falcon
4....HA! what a joke. Did you know that game was originally slated for
release in mid '96? I remember seeing the release date back then, July '96.
Geez, only 2 years late, and it only took them 5+ years to create a game
that it's only selling point is the virtual campaigns.
Sorry, got out of hand with Flight sims. But do yourself a favor. Stop
supporting a company that screws its customers out of our hard earned cash
because it takes them so long to finish a game because they are so
dis-organized.
Would you pay for a pizza that got there 2 hours late and then only 3/4 of
the pizza was in the box? Thought so....
Microprose / Spectrum Holobyte lost me as a customer the day after I bought
GP2

[slashing Microprose]
....

DOn't care much about Microprose, but I still think I'm one hell of a lucky guy
that I bought GP2. Can't think of a single piece of software that was/is more
entertainment for money (well, maybe F1GP..) than this one.

By NOT buying GP2, a simracer would have only punished himself...
