NFS3 - Gamma Correction?

by Martin Urs » Mon, 28 Sep 1998 04:00:00

I purchased NFS3 yesterday and, so far, it's been running
trouble-free.  However, portions of some tracks are too dark to see
anything!  The program doesn't recognize the Glide gamma settings, and
it is impossible to illuminate the road in daytime conditions.  Does
anyone know if there is an undocumented gamma correction key (as in
NFS2SE) or even a command line parameter that can be entered on
startup?  Any help (short of suggesting that I buy a new monitor) will
be greatly appreciated.

On the brighter side of things (I couldn't avoid the pun,
sorry), the game is better than either demo let on.  Thank heaven for
adjustable suspensions!
