The wrangler car I posted was an encoded .pcx file.
People get pissed when you post .pcx files to this group. Encoding a
pcx file technicaly makes it a text file they still get upset, even
though, they say " THIS GROUP IS FOR TEXT MESSAGES"
Well Guy's and Gal's a encoded file is a text file and the message is
good, clean, fun RACIN' and thats what it' all about.      :)

So vote "rec.autos.simulators.binaries"
