I have had a new pro wheel since Dec.97 it has work fine but yesterday
one of my button went out any chance of
sending it to you folks for a tune up since i am reading that you also
have some better springs and bungy cords for them now.LMK please this is

my third wheel from you folks have had a T1 and T2 now the Pro.

and then to their service section (or whatever its called).
They have all the details for things like requesting spare parts and
sending things back to them...

I think we're still in business - or there are a hell of a lot of people
*** out here for the fun of it.  The best thing to do is email

send you an RMA number for us to track the wheel with.  We'll get it fixed up
for you.  BTW, I checked again today and the new bungies aren't here yet.  
Expecting them any day now though.
