Options/Realism/Corner Marker is graeyed out in Sim mode?

I just figured out it depends where you are in the sim. If you are already
at the track, lots of options are greyed-out. If you go in to the Options
immediately, which I wasn't, you can shut them off.

Now for the much harder question--how to get the virtual mirror and the
"real" mirrors to work at the same time?

Regarding your mirrors question -- I don't think it's possible. At
least not in the retail (German) version.

Go into the Options screen _before_ you get into the car. You can turn
it off there.
