NROS Performance/price

I was curious to know how the performance of NROS compares to Hawaii or
other internet *** sites.  The NROS has been online now for a few days
and so far haven't heard anything.  I think I'm going to wait a few more
days and get a little feedback before I plunk down the dough for TEN.

Also does anyone else think $20/MO is about double what it should be?  I pay
$20/MO for unlimited internet access and feel that to double that just to
play NROS and EF2K (I do realize their are other games on TEN) is kinda
steep.  Especially since there are numerous FREE *** sites, although
somewhat lacking in perf/reliability.

Don't delay this thing ROCKS....you are racing REAL people!
You must have a good ISP or it will suck......bad!
Concentric is great, I connect to Valhalla everytime!
The First day, there were 350 racers racing at once!
and that didn't even slow the thing down!
This is some of the greatest technology for the Internet
for along time!

To me......worth every penny.....I would spend thirty.
And I SUCK.....hehe

Is anybody currently connecting through a cable modem, and if so, how's
the performance?

Give the NROS a try, and you'll see just how lacking those other ways of
playing are.  Considering the huge long-distance bills of many Hawaii
regulars, $20 a month is a bargain for the type of racing the NROS and
TEN are bringing to the table.
