Help! My zipper's stuck!!

I'm trying to access the iwcccars.zip file for NASCAR.
I found my old pkunzip program and I'm having trouble using
it.  When I try it, I get a WARNING! Don't know how to use(?)
then a list of the 4 files.

Do I have too old of a file?  Am I using the wrong command?

Can someone tell me the right command?

You'll have to update to PKZIP2.04g I think. You've probably got v1.x
or something like that.
