I have been in Dallas for a week

When I logged onto MS OE Express it says "UNABLE TO CONNECT TO SERVER" when
I try to connect to the news.simracing.org newsgroup

Has it been closed or is it down ??

Any suggestions?

Cable company cut internet access.. bye bye newsgroup.. do have ADSL now
but I'm not in a hurry to put the newsgroup back up...
