Video CD Creator Tutorial?

Is there a tutorial anywhere out there that would help me create menus, etc
for a Video CD?  I am trying to use the Video CD Creator by Adaptec but I am
just not having much luck creating menus, etc..

I am trying to make a Video CD with movies of my kids and other things.

I can create a video cd, that is no problem.. I just want to create one with
interactive menus

I didn't even know you could do interactive menus in VCD, A good site for
VCDs is http://www.vcdhelp.com . They have a message forum which may be of
some help. This one seems to deal with menus
