Get WinZip (stay well clear of pkunzip, which is way out-of-date).
You can download it for free from http://www.winzip.com
It annoys you by asking you to register it, but you're not forced to
pay.

I've tried every unZipper I could find, and the one called FreeZip works as
well as any, and IT IS FREE ... no shareware fees, even. It adds some options
to the "right-click" menu, so it is always readily available.
