Guys,  the new speed patch works fine on a 300 or less CPU.
It is an upgrade patch and as such, works on all CPU's.
I know it was bought out specifically to fix the problem on fast CPU's,
but it does not cause any problems on a 300 CPU.
"Yes" i did try it on my P2 450 and it works fine, but i reverted to
the version 1.2.0.1 untill the Seperate Sounds utility and Engine
Changer utility are patched to work with version 1.2.0.2.
There was no other reason i reverted to 1.2.0.1.

Cheers,
Ron

And *I've* always wondered why people bother, except in a few very
specialised cases? What benefit is there to anyone in withholding a
post like Richard's?

Besides which, if someone quotes you in full in a reply your posting is
still on record anyway. :-/

It means that the post isn't to be included in services that archive usenet
posts forever.
