IWCCCARS: Project Update

NEW DESIGNER JOINS IWCCCARS

The IWCCCARS Project is happy to announce the addition of Dave Upson to our
design team!

Dave has been in the NASCAR car-painting business for a while, with his ACARS95
enjoying widespread popularity on many BBS's.  His car sets include the 1995
IROC series cars, a collection of Pace Cars for different tracks, and many
others, and they will be available via the IWCCCARS Project home page.  We
welcome Dave and hope you enjoy his work!

POWWOW ADDED TO IWCCCARS PAGE

The IWCCCARS Project now includes PowWow support.  PowWow
(http://www.racesimcentral.net/) is an Internet client for Windows that is above and
beyond the normal talk client -- you might say it's an Internet direct
teleconferencing client.  Up to 7 people can be conferenced at one time.  Text
or limited voice communication is possible, as well as direct client-to-client
file transfers.  The coolest new feature is "Cruise" mode, where one of the
conferencers can lead the others on a Web surfing expedition using Netscape or
Internet Explorer.

Currently, you can access Tony Johns through PowWow either by clicking on the
PowWow icon on the IWCC or IWCCCARS home pages, or by searching the PowWow
White Pages.  He is available intermittently from 8am-5pm MST.

UPDATES TO IWCCCARS PROJECT SETS

Some miscellaneous IWCCCARS updates:

- IROCB95 is now available for download
- IWCCCARS will be updated within the next week
- All project car sets can now be accessed by clicking on their names in the
update list

Thank you for your continued support!
