old Nurburgring in Germany.

I must admit, for the first time, GPL really astounds me by how close to the
pictures it is.... and the 1 branch in the first picture....what mad man
added that...now that detail:-)
But one , Thing I nnoticed at some place is the grass next to the track.....
I know the ring , you are on the limit in GPL, but in real life ther is some
very valuble run-off space there.....
Was it not added in GPL to make the Ring look more daring?

the 'ring was changed several times (biggest change in '70 or '71),
removing some turns, jumps and adding run-off space.

I'm not an expert in digging things up but those features look more like a
natural feature at some points than man-made?!!?!

uhm? my work? maybe you got me wrong. I was talking about the real ring
and it was mostly changed around my birth ;-)
I don't know how papy designed the scenery in GPL especially of the
ring, but they must have watched looooooots of photos and films ...
