Play in Wheel

by Scott & LaRhonda Eslic » Fri, 07 Aug 1998 04:00:00

I have a NASCAR Pro Wheel and have about 3 inches of play in the middle.

I was wondering of all wheels have this?

Please give me some feed back on the wheel you have!!

TIA,

Sounds like you've got a loose bungee cord (the NASCAR Pro wheel uses
bungee cords in place of springs).  You can open up the bottom and
take up some of the free play in the bungee cord, I believe.

I own a NASCAR Pro wheel, and a Thomas Enterprises TSW2 wheel.  The
TSW2 is my current favorite over the NASCAR Pro wheel -- it truly
rocks.

I have the same problem too. Tighten or replace the bungee cord inside the
wheel. I Tightened it and it works just fine now.
