Please, Hall of Fame setups for F1GP

I would be grateful if anyone could e-mail me some well proven
setups for F1GP to compare with mine. And some track records
(qualify and 100% race) also. I have heard about the Hall
of Fame setups for F1GP and some guy named Vasiljievich or
something like that.
If any of you know where to get this setups or could
send me by e-mail I will give you my thanks

Also, any advice about linked play through Internet with
F1GP??? Is there the posibility? How?
