'93 and '94 Indycar car sets?

Does anyone have these (from ICRS or another source) or know a web or FTP
site where they are actively available?  For the '93 set, of course, I'm
not talking about the default set with all the fictional drivers and
cars thrown in, but one that includes Danny Sullivan in the Molson Lola,
Mario Andretti in the Texaco Lola, missing drivers such as Nigel Mansell,
etc.

I too have been searching for a "real" 1993 set.  (I would love to race
against Mansell in the red #5 and Gordon in the Copenhagen #14.)  If you
find one, please let me know.
