Nascar4-Sway Bars

Having read several articles on the net,  from some very clued up people,
about car set ups  in Nascar 4, I think I'm really beginning to understand
the principles involved. However, there are a few components which I am
still unsure about when to use and what they do. For example, when should I
make changes to the sway bars, as opposed to altering springs/shocks/tire
psi. I thought I read some where that they can help with mid-corner problems
but I can't remember. Also, which of the bars do I change and for what
reasons?

Toe-in/out and ride height are also elements I am not sure when to use.

Any help appreciated.

I'm not affiliated with them but check out here www.sascar.com and click on
the NASCAR 4 button on the left bar. There is a Chassis Setup guide there
that is the consumate guide to all the parts in the garage section of N4 and
a good explaination of how they work. Its pretty in depth, but after you
read it a few times, some of it will start to make since to you. Its by a
fella named Rodney Arndt who has been known to patrol R.A.S should you have
any questions on it. This guy knows his stuff.

I use sway bars for fine tuning. and really just to loosen or tighten on
entry or exit.

In the most simple terms: A bigger front sway bar makes the car tighter.
A bigger rear sway bar makes the car looser.. And the opposites have the
opposite effect.. (i.e.. A smaller front bar makes the car looser and a
smaller rear bar makes the car tighter)

And: Adjust the front bar to change handling characteristics when
decelerating, and adjust the rear bar to change handling
characteristics when accelerating.

The main reason to adjust either is to limit body roll.
