ICR2 - upgrade path from ICR?

by J » Wed, 03 Jan 1996 04:00:00

I guess I'm way behind the ball, since everyone here seems to already
have ICR2 ... but anyhow, is there an upgrade path from ICR to ICR2,
or do I have to purchase at retail?  Also, can the tracks from ICR
(esp. Indy) be used with ICR2?

Thanks for the help.

ICR2 is an entirely new product.  There is no update from ICR, so yes, you've
got to go and purchase it retail.  It should be about $50-$60.  While the
tracks from NASCAR can "be used" with ICR2, the ICR tracks can't.  Even
the NASCAR tracks don't work real well.

NOPE!  Indycar Racing 2 is a whole new ballgame.  It does come
with 15 tracks though.  And there will be a lowpriced upgrade to the
Win95 version when it comes out.
