Well theres always the official "www.rallymasters.com" but this is
c**p and I really wouldn't bother.
There are a couple of enthusiasts sites which are quite good :-

I believe it is, test Drive Rally is the US name for Rallymasters.
As far as I know, the US version won't be released for some months,
I think the original poster was primarilly looking for reviews, but as
he will find out, there is a thriving community out there already
running Rallymasters (and a number of US guys running imports).
