For a Papyrus product (except SODA Off-Road) try to find the old Indycar
Racing 1 Expansion pack that has the Paintkit and Indianapolis in it.  I
found it for 0.99$ at a local PC shop that is reselling old games.  You will
find converters on the Internet that will switch the track for Indycar 2,
Nascar1 and Nascar2.

For a new version, buy the IRL Simulator.   It's worth the price for the
Sprint and Midget cars, but it has some flaws.  But for a first-time product
it is kinda good IMHO.

Those are the only legal ways.  There is "maybe" some illegal ways, but I
don't know <g>.
