F1 Manager from Europress, any verdicts?

Hi, I'm thinking about bying a game from 'Europress' that is called
F1 Manager.

As you might know, or guess, this is a Formula 1 Manager sim. I have the
Formula 1 Manager from Microsoft, and I won't do the same mistake twice, so my
question is:
        -Is F1 Manager from Europress any good?
        -If so, why, and if not, why?

I would be VERY grateful if you could email your responce to me, as I haven't
got the ability to check news as often as I would hope for.
