Cover shot looks legit enough and the seller seems to have a good
reputation, but Hong Kong is known for being a piracy hub. Tough one...

I wouldn't base ANYTHING on a generic cover shot like that of anything on
ebay. That's something anybody can find using groups.google

   Ebay has a database full of publicity shots.  When I sold a copy of F1c
last spring, all I had to do was enter the upc code(bar code from the
bottom of the box) and Ebay brought up a cover shot for me to use.
