You guys in the Pits can say what you want. I still think the new
Taladega patch is a beta of the NASCAR2 version of Taladega. From not
being able to pass in the tri-oval to now being able to go through three
wide is quite a jump.

Yeah you hit the nail on the head, I have the patched Dega track and the
cars get three wide too .I have made it through the Tri Oval as long as
Ernie Irvan wasn't next to me.

They were talking about what happens in the SIM, not real-life.

For example, in the 1995 carset that I downloaded several months ago, Jimmy
Spencer always crashed into me.  It all depends on how the aggressiveness
settings are set.

Don't be so sensitive, Darrell, you Ernie-Irvan-apologist you.  :-)

With the Taladega AI patch, the AI drivers are much more like the
'Hawaii' drivers. I have to dodge many more pileups. Twice I have come
through the tri-oval only to run head on into the entire field in one
massive pileup.
