I know we can use something (IHHH?) to play f1gp through
internet, but it requires terminal telnet and here the ISP only provides
PPP or SLIP connections. Is there a way to use PPP for 2player F1GP?

I haven't heard of anyone playing f1gp over the net though! Please
let me know if it works.

IHHD is designed for games (like F1GP) which only support linked play
over a serial connection. Kali is designed for games which work over
IPX networks and is thus useless for F1GP.
I believe the IHHD site (ftp.cactus.org?) has a list of people playing
F1GP over the net.
