Announcment today by Nascar is that North Wilkesboro will no longer be
on the schedule and Texas will take the April 5th date. Louden will take
the second Wilke's date. Penske's track is also on the schedule but didn't
here the date. Will the 2 new tracks be available in a track pack
available after the 97 season starts along with Daytona and Indy if the
licenses are granted???

NASCAR 2 is based on the 1996 season - cars, drivers, tracks. Beyond
that... who knows?

It's definitely time to get a head start on getting the license to do the
Texas track then. Hopefully we won't have to wait for NASCAR 3 for that one.
Besides, the other Bruton Smith tracks are in there, so there probably
wouldn't be a big problem getting the OK to produce it, right?
