What is it?

TWLT gives you realistic white letter tires on ALL your
tires for cars in SCGT. Not only do you get cool looking Goodyears,
but they also blur like the real thing.
Included is several screenshots of the tires at different speeds.
It adds a lot of realism.
As an added bonus I have added a SPORTS CAR Window sticker for the
outside of your car.
