yellows?

In gp2 when there is a local yellow can you pass?  I didn't want to try
because I didn't want  to get black flagged.

You are not allowed to pass under yellow in F1.  The GP2 manual even
states this under FLAGS.  BUT, the AI drivers have not read the manual
and will pass you under yellow, this has happened to me many, many
times.

This is near the top of my list of bugs in GP2.

When you see the yellow you don't pass right?  That's what I
thought too until I had one yesterday, slowed down to see what
the trouble was (just up ahead) and the following driver
blasted past me without so much as a by-your-leave.

Mind you on the flip side I was racing at Monaco, in the lead,
and the back markers were actually getting out of my way (moving
off the racing line) to let me pass.

However when the computer cars are passing you (something I've
got more used to in the last week than ever before with GP1)
I've noticed that they usually stitch you up big-style.  I mean
some of the passing manoeeuvres are extraordinary, three a***
braking from 6th to 1st with me sandwiched in the middle.  Next
thing you know you're in the air and in the gravel.  If it's not
on braking then the cars pull back infront of you way too close
and you end up taking evasive measures.

But then, life ain't fair, and this game is an improvement on
the original so I'll shut up.

Rich.
