Hiya,

I haven't used my MSFF for about 2 months, I got it out today and the
wheel feels all rough and grindy when I turn it back and too.  Is it
easy to take it apart and give it a good clean and replace worn
bearing etc? and how do I take it apart, some screws on the back of
the wheel look the first stop!
