FM>I have seen the Thrustmaster T1 but was not too impressed - no
FM>semi-automatic gearbox, and I didn't like the wheel design.
FM>The ARP ( is that right? ) from Simulation Systems sounds quite
FM>good - if anyone has any experience of using one then please tell
FM>me about it. In particular, I will want to play F1GP, IndyCar and
FM>NASCAR with it - are the 'pots' accurate, what is the general feel
FM>and do the gear switches work O.K.???

Although there are proponents for each wheel system, the majority of the
racers on the Papyrus BBS (ICR & NASCAR) prefer the T1 system.  Usually,
one ends up with some type of customized mounting base, however.  Best
prices in the states for the T1 run around 112 $US plus shipping.
