So, at the local CompUSA in San Francisco, I see a copy of something called
"Formula One 99" on the shelf next to EA's "F1 2000." It's got a a bland
cover, featuring an illustration of Schumacher, Hakkinen and Alesi.

Anyone know anything about this one? Sim or Arcade? Fine or junk?

It's strictly arcade but if you can get it cheap it's fun to
throw in and blast around the tracks.

Worst game in the history of all games.....Psygnosis should be thoroughly
ashamed.
