I was especially impressed with "Feppari" and "Porschoe"!

Does this mean the game won't have an official licence, I wonder?

These shots are very old.... from what I understand, they are taken from a
development project for the Le Mans 24hours... before West-brothers lost out
to Infogrames or who ever developed Lm24 into the biggest flop in sim-world
lately..

Makes me sad to know what we *could* have had tho... :((

That  specific shot is not Le Mans... but some from the pits are infact from
La Sarthe...

It is however, taken from what should have been the Le Mans 24 hours sim...
instead of the game we got in the end...

To bad the West brothers lost out to Infogrames or whoever ended up creating
LM24..

I doubt we'll see "La Sarthe" in WSC... but I sure as hell hope we do :))

That's a real shame.  So you've seen all these shots before then?  That
would mean than we've no idea yet which cars and tracks will apear in the
final game then.
Still, I'm sure with the dedication to producing a true simulation that the
West brothers would seem to have with regards to this particular game,
whatever content the end product has it will still be a wonderful game for
Sports Car lovers.
(I was going for the worlds longest sentence award there)  :)
Simon.

When I was a kid, I always dreamed of racing for Maserblotti or
Jargwire... There I'd be, rounding the final turn of Manaco with my
hind in the air... er, I mean my hand in the air.

This one looks the most interesting to me:
http://www.spielecity.net/show.php3?Bild=/previews/S_WorldSportsCars/...

Which track is it?
The text on the bridge seems to be French, and of the French tracks I
know it looks the most like Le Mans, but surely they can't have gotten
the rights to Le Mans?

Hi it is not LM, the straight after the Dunlop bridge is longer, and no
grandtand on that side,
but LM has the yellow/blue tirestacks though...maybe they just won't
call it LM...lol

Hmm, this looks to me like somebody going to get their bum whipped by the
ACO for driving the wrong way around a track. This car is under the dunlop
bridge, looking at the chicane...facing the wrong direction. Or he's
reversing.

I actually saw that car spin off into the esses and thumping the barriers
*hard just after Eric Van de Poele lost the Racing For Belgium Ferrari
exiting the chicane. Which year? Umm... 96 or 97...

:-)

Not me! I was always a Copper fan  until Team Loofus started to win races.
That Joe Clerk  was the best drivler ever!
