How do I get my custom skin to show up in a career mode or what ever you
call it when you race a series?

You have to buy it in the career mode. Make sure you did NOT use the
skin.str file from one of the WoO cars. They are setup to only show up as AI
or quick race. Use the skin.str from one of the generic cars like the Merril
Red Arrow.
