It should improve Force Feedback. (is what the 'readme' says anyway)
Mainly update of DirectInput (Still a 6+ meg download..)
Installed it, tried GPL with msff    (ff turned ON o.c..)
Force_seems_stronger, but I gotta admit...almost never turn ff on in
core.ini   (fps hit on msff) , so I could be wrong there.
fps hit with msff_seems_lower, but that's what I also thought after
installing the original dx7.0
Just might try using the Force more often from now on though.

Also new Voodoo3 drivers released btw  W95/98

Does it fix the problem with sleeping gameport devices?  I had to download a
utility froM Stickworks to kick start my wheel with DX7.0
