Hi there,

Because of the problems with accessing Marcelo's Car Editor Project
site in Chile, I plan to create a psuedo-mirror so that those who wish
to download his files may do so from the TSP page.  I'll get started on
the pages today, but may not have anything ready until this evening.
Please be patient, as this will require a little help from the other TSP
members.

The school where the server is located has had its problems in the
past, and for all I know, it may be back online this weekend.  The above
is only a temporary solution to prevent inconveniecing anyone further.

Hi Marc,

I got word from German Parra who works with Marcelo on IEC that the
server is in fact down.  They have been scrambling to find alternate
sites for the IEC pages as a result.  

The good news is that the server will be back up and so will The Car
Editor Project.  The bad news is that noone knows when.

So thanks in advance for getting this stuff together to create a mirror
site.  If you need any help just ask.
