What exactly is this about?

I have two PC's linked by null modem when racing with friends.

What is the list?    Join What?    ect. ect. ect.

Basically it's a HTML file that lists potential modem partners by area
code.  You can be added to the list by sending in your Name, Game
Preference (Nascar or IndycarII) , Modem Speed, Ability Level, City,
Area Code, etc...  You then can look at your area code and see of there
are others listed that you might want ot try racing against.  The list
is located at:

Why not post the list on this newsgroup.  Maybe you could
do it once a week.
