Yes, it is called Fanscan, and has several drivers and crewchiefs...
it's like listening to a scanner at the race. I seem to always hear Ray
and Jeff, Larry and DE, TM and his spotter, RW, MM, and a couple of
others... and the winning adress IS.......

you have a choice of Vxtreme or RealAudio players, though the real audio
server gets tied up pretty quick on raceday. either one is usually only
about a half lap behind the actual race, unless you run into net
congestion problems, then it is delayed at least as long as it took you
to get the slow packet. you have the choice of reloading, and risk
losing it entirely, or just live with it. I have best results with
Vxtreme :) hope this helps...
Oh Yeah, they also have LOTS of archived races you can listen to....
only prob. with these is, they have ALL been censored... so when someone
wrecks or something, you miss all the ranting and stuff.
