I've had cars stop abruptly on restarts and it is still possible for
accidents to cause a mess that the AI can't get out of. Both of these
long-lived problems are annoying. I haven't had problems (that I know of) with
double-file restarts.
When racing, the AI drivers are more aggressive than before -- which is
good. You have to be much more patient with them. They don't wimp out like the
AI drivers in N2.
Overall, I like N3 better than N2. Being able to race online is a nice
addition, too (when you join a server with decent drivers and you don't get
warping problems). However, the problems you mentioned are STILL THERE.
