N1 info wanted

I am racing several friends at work and we are trying to see who can get
the fastest lap speed. Right now we are running Talladega and I was hoping
someone could tell me how you can get rid of the restrictor plates. I saw
a posting many months ago but I can't remember what it was. Thanks in
advance.

Edit the taladega.txt file and change the 1 in the SPDWY line to a 0.
