TOCA 2 Wheel still not working

Why does a company make it so hard to setup up wheels and pedals?  Every
button on the wheel will work, gas and brake and even clutch pedals will
work, but it will not see the wheel turning left or right?

MOMO
and Actlabs perfomance pedals.

Is that a MOMO Racing or Force?  I had the same problem with a DFP, and I
finally figured out it could only detect the wheel when it was in 200
degrees mode.  Once set though, I could unlock it to 900.  Anyway, I'm
wondering if there's something wacky in the code when it comes to detection
of wheel devices that can rotate beyond a certain amount.  I don't know why
that would make a difference, but there's definitely something off in there.

There's a post on the Codies forums about the 900 degree wheel, something
needs to be changed.

In order for me to set up the steering on my Momo Force I was told to
move the wheel fast left then fast right(this was for Pro Race
Driver). I guess you have to be rough with it.
