I heard the nfs2 release date was 4-11-97 is this true?

I have heard that it is 4-7-97. By the way, I just played it on the
Playstation, and it is not like part 1. All circular tracks, no segmented
roads. It was fun, but I was kinda' disappointed.

NFS2 was shipped from the manufacturer starting April 11 and should be
available just about everywhere now. I got mine yesterday at
Babbage's.

They can ship it back to the manufacturer. What a piece of junk!!
I can see why there is no demo.
