F1RS: The Scoop on the reverse-steering thing?

Has anyone gotten to the bottom of the problem of the
swapping of the steering and accel/brake axes in F1RS?
I'm using version 1.07 with the appropriate nocd patch,
and it usually happens after I've gone back into the
garage to change something.

I know this problem has been around for a while.... Have
I missed the solution???

Simple - Don't use the nocd patch.

I've heard that the problem is using the nocd patch. I reinstalled the game
without the nocd patch, but using 1.07 patch, and it went away. Whoever made
the nocd patch, sure introduced alot of other bugs....besides the steering
switch, I've also experienced and heard others have problem with the
"Nose-dive" bug. Usually happens after warmup lap, cross the start/finish
and the front end drops into the ground, and the car behaves strangely. That
also dissapeared when I reinstalled without using the nocd patch.
