Anyone tried new MOMO yet?

Just saw it in a box at CompUsa.  Doesn't look quite as sturdy as the
original Momo and the pedals are definitely wimpier. The pedal angle looks
better than the original LWFF pedals which is good because I don't think the
pedal tops are hinged like the original MOMO.  Just wondering if anyone
could comment on its performance versus the original.

I almost bought this on Friday. Looked good . I like the shifter as well as
the paddles. I probably will pick one up at my next paycheck. ( Providing I
can hide it from the wife LOL)

So far, Logitech has never followed up a wheel line with a BETTER product.
It's always been a de-contented CHEAPER product.

And I firmly believe all their developers drive tractors to work.  Their
pedals prove that.

There _may_ be some promise here.

Like the new shifter.

The pedals _appear_ to be much more MSFFW like than anything they have done
in the past.

I also see mention of optical pots, which would be a huge benifit.

I'll have to take a look at one :)  I really like the Wingman software over
the old-age, decripit Microsoft SideWinder software, but the MS hardware has
been so durable I've lived with it.
