Theres a bug in GTR2s Time Trial. Theres a lot more grip, the tire
pressures doesnt affect at all and theres no way to get in an open session
to your achieved Time Trial times.

that is only partiaLy correct. you do have more grip in the first lap
because your tires are automatically at the ideal temp.

in open practice you have to drive 3 laps before the tires come up to
temp, and you can match your tt time in this mode, just get your tires
and brakes at the correct temp.

I find I have less overall grip on my "out" lap and my optimum grip is on my
2nd or 3rd actual timed lap, depending of course on the track. Lower tire
pressures, at least for me, seem to make my tires go away much more quickly
while higher tire pressures seem to come in later. On a track like Watkins
Glen, it may take 4 or more laps for my tires to come in.
