What ever happened to Stunts

I bought my PC in 1990 on the basis of this program alone.  I have probably
played Stunts more than any game, on any platform.  I find it excellent
in terms of getting sideways around a turn and saving it.  Car & Driver
does this even better but the damn thing barely runs on my 386.  The
other driving sims either have too powerful of cars which make it hard to
realisticlly "slide" through turns (IMHO) - or - there just aren't any
situations where this occurrs.  Dirt tracks in Mario Andretti do ok at
this tho...

Something that might be of interest - on wuarchive.wustl.edu, there is a
stunts directory (pub/MSDOS_UPLOADS/stunts) where people have uploaded
quite a few homemade tracks.  Sorry...no address for Choaderbund.  I think
there's a "yellow pages" in MS Windows help format somewhere that might
have the info you want...

Reed                                          huhuhuh...he said "slide"

These are my personal opinions.               yeah...that was cool.

I have a game made by Broderbund called Stunts.  I know that this
game isn't on the cutting edge of technology, but I feel that this
is a very good game for how old it is.  Does anyone know if Broderbund
has a newer version planned?  I especially enjoy the ability to create
your own tracks however I feel that Network/Modem/Null Modem playing
ability would greatly improve this game.  It sucks when you can blow away
all the computer competition.  It would be more fun racing against my
brotheracing game simulator player.  Does anyone have
an E-Mail address for Broderbund?  Has anyone else every played this game
and agree with me?
