Please excuse this message, but this company ask me if I knew some
programmers/consultants that might need a job!!!!

Hi Donald,

Paul Grand recommended that I forward our open recs to you. I recently
started here as their technical recruiter and I have not updated the
attachment file. So, to let you know, we already have a Sybase DBA
contractor as well as a UNIX Admin. contractor; we just filled our
Customer Service/Technical Liaison positions. We are considering a
couple of UNIX/C developers, but we wouldn't mind considering others; we
are desperate for Webmasters (developers) and for a Manager of System
Support (UNIX/NT) as well as a Help Desk Dept. Manager. I don't know
what your pool of consultants/candidates is like in terms of
geographics, but I will tell you if you don't already know that people
from Silicon Valley/Bay Area tend to not want to come down to Southern
California--understandably so because the market is much better up
there--unless they are originally from this area or are starry eyed. We
are currently located in a ba***t in Hollywood at Hollywood & Vine;
since our lease will be up in October, we are strongly considering the
El Segundo/LAX area, which is closer to the beach and in an
area where there are more technology companies popping up. NetCount
would prefer to bring on permanent employees, but I'm suggesting
contractors as well because of the fact that we are a start-up and we're
trying to figure out where to relocate.  If you have any questions,
please do not hesitate to call me directly at (213) 848-5468.

Thank you for your help!

Sincerely,

Melinda White
